Amalasuntha is a thin, angular display face by Pilar Celda with an Art Deco skeleton that shows in every sharp joint and narrow proportion. The light weight and geometric construction give it a fragile elegance, like lettering you'd find etched into the facade of a 1920s hotel. Best reserved for headlines and decorative use at larger sizes, where its delicate details and distinctive angularity can actually register.
