Android y is a heavy, blocky display face from Darrell Flood with angular geometric letterforms that feel like they were designed for a machine interface. The thick strokes and squared-off construction give it a rigid, sci-fi quality, built for headlines and title treatments where you want something that reads as distinctly inhuman. Best at large sizes where its dense, futuristic geometry can do the talking.
