Brouhaha is a chunky, heavyweight display face by Frederic with a deliberately mismatched quality to its letterforms, as if each character was pulled from a different sign and forced into the same line. That mixed-style approach gives it a loud, slightly chaotic personality that works well for posters, packaging, and headlines where you want something that feels eclectic and unapologetically bold. Not a face for subtlety, but that's clearly the point.
