Carr Balloons is a dingbat font by Alan Carr consisting entirely of speech bubbles and balloon shapes, the kind you'd find in comic strips and cartoon dialogue. Each glyph is a different bubble style, from clean ovals to jagged burst shapes, giving comic artists and designers a quick way to drop in ready-made dialogue containers without drawing them from scratch.
