CF Revolution is a heavy, distressed slab serif from Cloutierfontes with a forward-leaning italic stance and rough, worn-away edges that split the difference between old Western wood type and punk rock grit. The bold letterforms carry a lot of visual mass even with chunks missing, giving it a weathered vintage poster quality. Best kept to headlines and display use where that battered, high-contrast personality can do its thing.
