Charcoal is a bold, uppercase display face from Jonathan S. Harris with heavy letterforms that look like they've been worn down by weather and time. The eroded, gritty texture gives every character a raw, physical quality that works naturally on posters, album covers, and grungy editorial layouts. It's purely a headline font, at its best when printed big enough to see the rough, crumbling edges up close.
