Darkwood is a twisted, organic gothic display face from Otto Maurer Design, with letterforms that feel like they grew out of gnarled branches or warped wood grain. The distorted strokes and medieval skeleton give it a genuinely eerie quality, darker and more unsettling than your average Halloween font. Best kept to headlines, posters, and horror-themed work where the spooky details can really come through at large sizes.
