Dubstep Blackletter from Chequered Ink mashes together two things that shouldn't work: the ornate structure of gothic blackletter and the rigid grid of pixel art. The result is surprisingly readable, with traditional letterform DNA rebuilt in chunky, blocky pixels that give it a retro gaming flavor. Best used at large sizes for headlines, posters, or anywhere you want medieval attitude filtered through an 8-bit screen.
