Eride is a textured serif from Chequered Ink with letterforms that look genuinely weathered, as if they've been exposed to the elements and slowly worn down. The erosion isn't uniform, giving each character a natural, gritty quality that feels more found-object than digitally distressed. Best kept to headlines, posters, and display contexts where that rough, lived-in texture can do the heavy lifting.
