Line and Sand is a thin, condensed uppercase face by Sarah Morris with a hand-drawn quality that keeps its minimalist structure from feeling sterile. The narrow letterforms are lightweight and slightly imperfect, as if traced carefully with a fine pen, giving headlines and titles a quiet, personal touch. Best at larger sizes where the subtle irregularities in the strokes can actually register.
