Merit is a heavyweight slab serif from Scott Simpson with thick, blocky serifs and dense letterforms that give it serious visual impact. Everything about it feels sturdy and deliberate, built to anchor headlines, posters, and display work where the type needs to carry real authority. At lighter sizes it would lose its punch, so keep it big.
