Misfits is a rough, heavy display face from Rob Villareal with battered letterforms that look like they've been photocopied too many times and stapled to a telephone pole. The distressed edges and dark, punky attitude make it a natural fit for horror flyers, punk zines, and gig posters where polish would be a liability. Bold enough to hit hard at headline sizes, ugly enough to mean it.
