Miss Ellen is a geometric display face from Font Environment built on a strict grid, with uppercase letterforms that feel like they've been mapped out on graph paper. The rectangular, maze-like construction gives each character an almost puzzle-like quality, where negative space and outline strokes do as much work as the letters themselves. Best at large sizes for headlines, posters, or experimental layouts where the blocky, labyrinthine structure can really register.
