Ropest is a decorative cursive face by Måns Grebäck where every stroke is built from twisted rope, giving the letterforms a tactile, nautical quality that you can almost feel. The striped texture runs through each letter consistently, holding together surprisingly well as readable cursive despite all the visual detail. Best kept to headlines, logos, and packaging with a maritime or outdoorsy theme where the rope effect can register clearly.
