RR Ruitjes is a decorative display face by Ward Zwart where every letterform is filled with a dense crosshatch grid pattern, giving the text a woven or graph-paper texture. It's a novelty font through and through, best used at large sizes for headlines and posters where that intricate internal patterning actually registers. The effect is unexpectedly tactile, like letters cut from a sheet of fine mesh.
