Rutaban is a condensed serif from Jason Pagura with thin, elegant strokes and narrow proportions that give it a refined, editorial presence. The light weight and tight letterforms recall the kind of type you'd find in high-end magazine mastheads or luxury packaging. It needs room to breathe at larger sizes, where the delicate contrast between thick and thin really comes through.
