Scriptorium is a bitmap display face from jeti that mashes up two aesthetics you wouldn't expect together: pixel-grid construction and medieval gothic letterforms. The angular, blocky characters carry the weight and blackletter flavor of old manuscript text, but rendered in chunky low-res pixels that feel pulled from a retro RPG title screen. Best kept to headlines and decorative use where that collision of medieval and 8-bit energy can really land.
