Sir Guppy is a heavy blackletter display face by Ben Dunkle that takes the drama of medieval gothic lettering and pushes it into bold, exaggerated territory. The thick strokes and angular fracture give it a commanding, almost theatrical presence on the page. Best kept to headlines, logos, and title treatments where its dense, ornamental weight can do the talking.
