Tapis is a decorative display face by monicacathlin where each letterform is filled with striped, geometric patterning, giving the whole alphabet a woven, textile-like quality. The italic lean adds a sense of movement to what are otherwise very structured shapes. It's built for headlines and short display text where the intricate internal detail can actually register, landing well in posters, editorial openers, and artistic branding.
