Tender Goliath is a massive, ultra-bold slab serif from Cumberland Fontworks with a rough, distressed texture that keeps all that visual weight from feeling too polished. The letterforms are chunky and dark, built to dominate posters, headlines, and large-format display work where sheer size is the point. There's a nice tension between the heavy, confident structure and the worn surface, giving it character that a cleaner face at the same weight just wouldn't have.
