Texas Slaughter is a brutal, heavily distressed display face from Chris Vile that looks like it was painted in a hurry with a dried-out brush and bad intentions. The rough, textured letterforms carry a grimy, aggressive energy that slots right into horror posters, punk flyers, and anything with a Southern Gothic streak. Best kept to headlines and short bursts where the raw, uneven strokes can do their damage.
