WhatUP is a blocky bitmap display face from Jeff Bensch where each letterform is built from a striped, halftone-like pattern that gives it a layered digital texture. The geometric, pixelated construction feels like something pulled from an early computer display or a lo-fi broadcast graphic. Best kept to headlines and short display text where the striped detail has room to register.
