Arquitec is a condensed Victorian-style display serif with extreme stroke contrast and richly ornamental terminals. The tall, narrow proportions and decorative flourishes at stroke endings recall 19th-century poster and broadside typography. It carries serious weight at large sizes and suits branding, editorial headlines, and packaging that needs an antique character.
