Big Bad Bugs

Big Bad Bugs is a heavy condensed slab-serif coated in a coarse halftone texture that makes every letter look like it was pulled from a degraded newspaper print or viewed through a bug-eye lens. The underlying structure is solid athletic condensed type, but the dot pattern roughens it into something decidedly more sinister. It works best big, where the texture reads clearly and the weight commands attention.
