Brooks is a display serif drawn from the intersection of Art Nouveau ornament and medieval uncial tradition. Bulbous teardrop terminals hang from stroke ends throughout the design, giving the letters a handcrafted, almost dripping quality that feels both archaic and decorative. It reads with authority at large sizes, pulling in associations with fantasy, folklore, and vintage craft.
