Concave Frames places every character inside a bold square tile with a concave inner border and a circular ring, creating a strong badge-like grid. The design draws on Art Deco signage and mid-century tile traditions, giving it a retro industrial quality. Each letter functions almost as a standalone emblem, making it a natural choice for titles, headers, and any context where individual characters need to carry visual weight.
