Dark Spikes is a blackletter-inspired gothic display font built entirely around the idea of sharp, thorny aggression. Every stroke ends in jagged spikes that radiate outward, giving the text a texture somewhere between thorned vines and shattered bone. It reads immediately as extreme metal or horror, and at large sizes the density of the spiked detail is genuinely striking.
