Deventer is a bold condensed italic display font built from sharp diagonal cuts and angular geometry. The wedge-shaped incisions into each stem give it a faceted, almost machined quality reminiscent of constructivist propaganda lettering or military stencil design. It hits hard at headline and poster sizes.
