Edition is an ultra-condensed modern serif with extreme contrast between hair-thin serifs and bold vertical strokes. Its towering proportions and cold precision put it squarely in the tradition of Didone display types used by fashion mastheads and luxury brands. At large sizes it commands attention with minimal flourish.
