Fantasy Zone
by Bryson Stohr · Website
Fantasy Zone is an 8-bit pixel display font recreating the chunky, outlined tile lettering seen in classic arcade games, based on a specimen from Toshi Omagari's Arcade Game Typography. Each character is built on a strict pixel grid with bold square blocks and softly rounded corners that give it warmth despite the rigid construction. It brings immediate arcade nostalgia to game titles, retro branding, and any project leaning into 1980s gaming culture.
