Genre Line is a condensed geometric display face where every stroke is rendered as a set of evenly spaced parallel lines, creating a rich inline striped texture across the entire alphabet. The effect calls back to Art Deco lettering and architectural engravings, somewhere between a Broadway marquee and a fashion magazine masthead. It reads boldly at large sizes and carries strong period atmosphere.
