Grit Press is a heavily distressed condensed slab serif inspired by worn letterpress type. The roughened ink-on-paper texture is baked into every character, giving it the kind of authenticity that's hard to fake with filters. It carries the weight and presence of old broadside printing, and works best large where the distressing has room to breathe.
