Hammer Scout is a heavy, blocky display sans with angular notches cut into stroke junctions that give it a chiseled, quasi-stencil personality. The extreme weight and near-square proportions make it read instantly at large sizes with a distinctly military, action-ready attitude. It carries the DNA of cold-war signage and sports typography from the 1960s and 70s.
