ID Monotrap is a display monospace typeface built on a strict grid, where every character occupies the same width and every stroke shares the same weight. The segmented, almost fragmented construction gives it a strong digital and electronic character, somewhere between an LCD readout and a technical schematic. It works best at large sizes where the modular geometry can breathe.
