Iron Lung

Iron Lung is a condensed distressed serif designed to evoke crude metal stamping, combining high-contrast strokes with rough, eroded edges. S. John Ross built it as a hybrid of stressed and engraved styles, giving it a worn, industrial authority that sits somewhere between Victorian typography and wartime stenciling. Strong at large sizes where the texture reads clearly.
