Jewell is a heavy display face inspired by old Bible fonts, blending angular slab-serif construction with blackletter sensibility. The thick strokes and notched joints give it a rough, carved quality that feels at once ancient and graphic. It works best at large sizes where the bold weight and angular details can fully register.
