MecaGothix is a blackletter display face from imagex that layers halftone texture and grunge distressing over traditional Fraktur letterforms, giving it a roughened, printed-through-a-broken-press quality. The gothic skeleton is still clearly there, but the surface grit pulls it away from medieval manuscripts and toward punk flyers, dark branding, and album art. Best kept to headlines and short text where the textured detail reads clearly.
