NightBits is a heavy condensed slab serif with thick, near-monoweight strokes and tightly packed proportions. The sturdy rectangular serifs and compressed width give it a no-nonsense, muscular character reminiscent of 19th-century wood type and sports headlines. Created by Jeroen Saey, it works hard at large sizes wherever visual weight and impact are the priority.
