Nineveh

Nineveh is a display font inspired by cuneiform, the wedge-based script of ancient Mesopotamia. Each character is assembled from sharp angular strokes and pointed diamond terminals that mimic the impression of a stylus pressed into clay. The author designed two parallel series with subtly different spacing rhythms, one more ordered and one more hand-scribed, giving designers choices between formality and rawness.
