PeaceNow Basic is a heavy, blob-like groovy sans with inflated rounded strokes and an unmistakably 1960s–70s counterculture spirit. Characters bulge and merge with organic irregularity, somewhere between psychedelic poster lettering and hand-painted signage. The author designed it with anti-war sentiment in mind, and that attitude comes through.
