Pongo
by Daniel Alberto Cohen Sasbon · Website
Pongo is an eccentric display serif built on deliberate irregularity, with letters that tilt, vary wildly in height, and swap between thick wedge serifs and sharp tapered terminals. The result reads as hand-carved or crudely cut, somewhere between a storybook woodcut and a one-of-a-kind signpainter's alphabet. It thrives at large sizes where the texture and personality can fully register.
