Saffron is a bold constructivist display font drawing directly from the visual language of Soviet avant-garde typography of the 1920s. Its modular, rectangular strokes lock together with near-zero stroke contrast, producing a dense, monolithic texture suited to large-scale poster and headline use. The design has the feel of hand-lettered Cyrillic agitprop, translated into a usable digital face.
