Sebaldus-Gotisch is a heavy blackletter face from Dieter Steffmann, one of the most dedicated digitizers of historical German typefaces. The letterforms are dense and richly textured, rooted in the traditional Textura style found in medieval manuscripts and early printed books. Best reserved for headlines, titles, and display settings where its dark, imposing weight can read clearly and carry the full gravity of its historical character.
