Selectric
by Paradox 2005
Selectric takes its name from the iconic IBM typing machines and faithfully captures that crisp, mechanical rhythm of mid-century office correspondence. The monospaced slab-serif letterforms have a clean, evenly struck quality that feels more polished than most typewriter fonts, closer to a well-maintained machine than a beaten-up portable. From Paradox 2005, it works naturally in editorial layouts, screenplay formatting, or any design that needs vintage mechanical texture without looking distressed.
