Tannenberg Fett
by Dieter Steffmann · Website
Tannenberg Fett is a heavy blackletter display face by Dieter Steffmann, rooted in the Tannenberg family of Fraktur types that saw widespread use in early 20th-century German printing. The bold weight gives it real density on the page, with thick, angular strokes and the traditional broken letterforms characteristic of gothic script. Best kept to headlines, titles, and decorative uses where its imposing presence and historical gravity can come through clearly.
