The Flame Proofer is a bold display serif with extreme stroke contrast and deeply flared, Art Nouveau-inflected serifs. Wide uppercase forms and pointed wedge terminals give it a theatrical, high-glamour quality that sits somewhere between 1920s editorial and vintage poster lettering. It draws attention at large sizes and works well wherever a sense of dramatic elegance is the goal.
