Trefoil Capitals is an ornate initials font by Paul Lloyd, with each capital letter built around dense floral and foliate flourishes reminiscent of medieval illuminated manuscripts. The decorative detail is heavy and intricate, so it works strictly as a display face for drop caps, chapter openings, or vintage-themed branding where the letters need to function almost as illustrations. At smaller sizes the ornamentation collapses, but given room to breathe, the craftsmanship really shows.
