Victoire is a heavily condensed display serif with sharp wedge serifs and strong vertical rhythm drawn from Art Nouveau and vintage gothic traditions. The high contrast between thick stems and hairline strokes gives it a dramatic, almost architectural tension at large sizes. It suits brand identities, editorial headlines, and poster work where a sense of heritage and refinement is wanted.
