Vympel is a bold angular display font built entirely from sharp geometric cuts and diagonal notches, with no curves anywhere in the design. The heavy monoweight construction and faceted character shapes draw on Soviet constructivist and Eastern European sports typography traditions. It works best at large sizes for headlines, team jerseys, and aggressive branding.
