Britannia is a bold blackletter from Woodcutter rooted in the Textura tradition, with dense, tightly spaced letterforms and the vertical rhythm typical of medieval German manuscript lettering. The strokes are heavy and angular, giving it a serious, old-world gravity that works for headlines, logos, and decorative uses where historical weight is the whole point. Best kept large, where the ornamental structure of each character can read clearly.
